To ensure the smooth operation of the clinic and to offer available appointments to patients on the waiting list, responsible management of bookings is essential.<br\/> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, any appointment that is missed or cancelled without at least 48 hours&#8217; notice will be considered a missed appointment, and 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment of this amount will be required before a new appointment can be scheduled.<br\/>We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us optimize our schedule, reduce waiting times, and provide the best possible service to all our patients.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If missed appointments or late cancellations occur repeatedly, the clinic reserves the right to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Require advance payment for future sessions before confirming new appointments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit or temporarily suspend the ability to schedule new appointments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In cases of continued repeated non-attendance, discontinue the patient&#8217;s course of treatment at the clinic, with prior notice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These measures will always be applied with the aim of ensuring the efficient organization of the clinic and providing fair access to care for all patients.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cancellation Policy At FisioCraneo, we operate by appointment only in order to provide personalized, high-quality care to every patient.
